As Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), KT leads our efforts to improve operations and promote continuous improvement throughout the company. In addition, she will lead our acquisition and acquisition integration teams.
KT’s key responsibilities include:
- Working with business unit leaders to facilitate achievement of established goals and objectives including coordinating collective efforts to achieve common goals
- Executing on PAG’s acquisition strategy including developing and executing comprehensive integration plans that cover all aspects of any new acquisition
- Working with teams from new acquisitions and our existing businesses to capitalize on synergies identified in the due diligence process.
KT ensures our acquisitions meet their financial and strategic goals and integrate smoothly.
Previously at PAG, KT was responsible for the financial oversight of PAG and its subsidiaries, new business integration and ongoing review of business processes.
Prior to joining PAG in 2013, KT served in financial leadership positions that contributed to her experience in strategic plan development and execution, business acquisition and integration, and business process improvement initiatives.
As the CFO of Global Power Nuclear Services, KT was responsible for all areas of finance, accounting, and shared services for four divisions comprising $300 million in revenue.
For Creative Touch Interiors, a residential building product and services provider, KT served as CFO and was responsible for right-sizing the company in a recessionary environment. She reduced operating losses by 50% ($30 million) through process redesign, systems optimization and strategic pricing.
As Vice President of Finance for Industrial Distribution Group, KT was responsible for the due diligence and integration of 28 acquisitions ranging from $15 million to $120 million in revenue and for obtaining five loan syndications ranging from $75 million to $125 million.
KT is a CPA and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She earned an MBA degree from Georgia State University.
