PAG Engine Services, a global independent provider of PT6A Turbine Engine, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed its first full engine overhaul and test of the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-140 turboprop at its facility in Mesa Arizona.
Two more Overhauls are pending at the Mesa facility, and another -140 OH is pending in our Carrolton Texas facility. The PT6A-140 powers the Cessna 208B Grand Caravan EX, and can also be used to upgrade earlier models of the Cessna 208 Caravan family. There are over 700 PT6A-140 engines operating globally.
PAG Engines Mesa facility, located in Mesa Arizona, along with its sister facilities in Carrollton Texas, and Butler Pennsylvania, also provide hot section inspection, repair, and overhaul services for many other models in the PT6A and PT6T engine families.
The completion of this engine overhaul and test is a major milestone and achievement for PAG and the Mesa facility. We want operators of PT6A-140 powered Cessna 208 Caravans to know that we are now more than ready to perform complete overhauls on these engines, along with the other PT6A engines they are operating.
