PRECISION AVIATION GROUP (PAG) ANNOUNCES ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES: KT MacIntosh to Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) and Scott Page to Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Atlanta, Georgia – June 18 2024 – Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is a leading provider of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services for aerospace and defense industries worldwide. PAG focuses on key industry segments including Avionics, Components, Engines, and Manufacturing/DER. With 24 locations, 22 Repair Stations, and over 900,000-square-feet of sales and service facilities around the world, PAG is dedicated to keeping fixed- and rotary-wing operators in the air.

PAG is excited to share an element of our ongoing commitment to drive transformation and innovation within our organization, we are making the following strategic changes to our leadership team.

KT MacIntosh will be moving to the newly created role of Chief Transformation Officer (CTO). In this role, KT will lead our efforts to improve operations and promote continuous improvement throughout the company. In addition, she will lead our acquisition and acquisition integration teams.

KT’s key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with business unit leaders to facilitate achievement of established goals and objectives including coordinating collective efforts to achieve common goals
  • Executing on PAG’s acquisition strategy including developing and executing comprehensive integration plans that cover all aspects of any new acquisition
  • Working with teams from new acquisitions and our existing businesses to capitalize on synergies identified in the due diligence process.

KT will play a key role in ensuring our acquisitions meet their financial and strategic goals and integrate smoothly into PAG. Her extensive experience and deep understanding of our business makes her ideally suited to lead this critical function. As part of KT’s transition, we are excited to welcome Scott Page as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Scott brings a wealth of financial leadership experience, and I am confident he will add significant value and transparency to drive PAG’s continued growth.

Scott will be fully responsible for reviewing and improving our financial operations, systems, and processes. Additionally, he will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to provide our operations teams with the data they need to identify opportunities and execute on continuous improvement initiatives.

Scott has over 24 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. He has a degree in Finance from Michigan State, a Master’s in Business from Indiana University, and a Master of Accountancy degree from Georgia Southern. He is a CPA licensed in Georgia and a CFA® charter holder, CFA Institute.

Scott has a proven track record in growing businesses through acquisitions, developing strong reporting and internal control processes, and building high-performing teams. He joins us from Heritage Distribution, where he helped grow the business from 25 to over 80 branches in less than three years. Scott is married with two children and lives in Marietta, Georgia. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exercising.
